To meet the needs of our community in fire prevention, fire suppression and Ems/Rescue: to utilize and improve the dedication and skills of our members and to constantly improve all of our sevices and operations.

We would be unable to provide these valuble sevices without your donations.

06/18/10 Crafters needed for the field days July 30,31 25.00$ will reserve your 10x10 spot.

05/08/10 Luke Peters,Nick Picket,Adam Reff have Recived there certificates for the completion of fire officer 1.

04/29/10 Due to the unforseen shortage of bullheads there will not be a feed this year.

04/24/10 The department and there guests celebrated another great year at our 131st. annual baquet full of tradition. Congratulation to Kyle Flath for reciving the award of firefighter of the year.

04/11/10 The Members of the Dexter Fire Department are deeply saddened by the loss of Assistant Fire Chief Garrett Loomis, Our prayers go out to his family.

7/22/08 Dexter fields days are back.!!!!

7/17/08 Good News..Dexter's marching squad took 2nd in class A at the jefferson county fair.

6/25/08 Congratulations to Adam Reff, Chris Shear, Kyle Flath & Luke Peters for successfully completing the FF II Class. And Mike Bennett for successfully completing ALS.There were a lot of man hours involved for these people to complete these courses. Chief Kostyk.
